The Door-to-Door Canvasser is often the first point of contact with homeowners. This role helps generate new leads through door-to-door outreach, follows up on referrals, and helps set appointments for Roofing Sales Specialists.

The Roofing Sales Specialist works directly with homeowners and helps manage the client experience from inspection through project completion. This role may include roof inspections, appointment setting, follow-up, sales conversations, referral development, and ongoing training on products and sales techniques.

Production Coordinator

Office-Based
The Production Coordinator helps support roofing projects by creating work orders, assisting with scheduling, coordinating with subcontractors and Roof Specialists, ordering and tracking materials, and helping projects stay organized.

  • Proactive and able to take initiative
  • Comfortable managing multiple construction-related tasks
  • Strong in communication and follow-through
