Hail Hit Your Neighborhood. We Will Handle the Insurance.
Free inspection. We document the damage, attend the adjuster meeting, and fight for your claim. Multiple CTI homeowners have paid only their deductible.
We Are Not a Storm Chaser. We Are the Contractor Who Fights for Your Claim.
We inspect your roof honestly and document what we actually find. If the damage qualifies for a claim, we tell you. If it does not, we tell you that too. Then, if you move forward, we attend the adjuster meeting with you, document everything the insurance company needs, and follow through until the claim is resolved.
Two other roofing companies gave up on one homeowner's claim when the insurance company initially refused. CTI kept working. The claim was eventually approved. That is how we operate.

When the Insurance Company Said No, CTI Kept Going.

From Homeowners Who Had No Idea What to Expect From Their Insurance Claim
Questions Homeowners Ask Before Filing a Claim
Will filing a roof claim raise my insurance premium?
Not necessarily, and not always. Premium impacts depend on your policy, your carrier, your claims history, and the type of damage. Many CTI homeowners have filed storm damage claims with no premium increase. We recommend calling your insurance carrier to understand your specific policy before deciding whether to file.
Do I have to contact my insurance company myself?
CTI can guide you through the process and attend the adjuster meeting with you, but the claim itself must be opened by you as the policyholder. We make the process as clear as possible so you know exactly what to do and when.
What if my insurance company denies the claim?
A denial is not always the end. CTI can document additional damage, provide supplemental information, and help you understand your options. We have seen claims approved after initial denials when the documentation was strengthened.
How long does the insurance claim process take?
It varies by carrier, claim complexity, and adjuster availability. Some claims are approved within a few weeks. Others, especially in high-volume hail events, can take longer. CTI follows through on the process and does not walk away when things take time.
What does a free inspection actually include?
We inspect the full roof surface including shingles, flashing, pipe boots, vents, gutters, and ridge areas. We document all damage with photos and a written report. The inspection is free with no obligation to file a claim or hire CTI.
What if only part of my roof was damaged?
We document what we find. If the damage is localized, repair may be the right call rather than a full replacement. We tell you honestly what the roof needs, and we document accordingly for the claim.
How soon should I call after a storm?
As soon as possible. Insurance policies typically require claims to be filed within a reasonable window after the damage event. Waiting can complicate the claim. Call us and we will get on the roof quickly.
